Building homes, hope and community in Williamson County.

The Jones Company and Crye-Leike Realty are proud supporters of Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County.

2013 Jones/Crye-Leike Build

Each year since 2003, The Jones Company, a Nashville-based home builder, has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County to build a home for a local, hard-working family. This, their tenth home, is being built in partnership with Crye-Leike Realty for Frank Lemus. Frank is a single dad of a Kindergartener who has worked at Lasko Products for six years. Construction is underway on the new home in Spring Hill, which is expected to be completed in time for the family to enjoy Thanksgiving.

Beginning in 2006, The Jones Company’s architectural design team redesigned the exteriors of the Habitat homes, to keep the historical styles of existing Williamson County homes. These award-winning designs have added character to streetscapes of Franklin and surrounding area Habitat neighborhoods.

Frank Lemus has worked at Lasko Products, Inc. for the last six years as welder on the manufacturing line. Frank and his son Frankie live in a small apartment with a tiny kitchen and only a parking lot for Frankie to play. Their new house will have a nice yard and will provide them with security and more room to play together. Frank is very grateful for the generosity of his sponsors, The Jones Company and Crye-Leike Realtors, and the opportunity to be a homeowner. He says, “It has made me very happy because I would have been struggling to get a home if it wasn’t for Habitat. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
